Why does Dr. George W. Carver believe a school garden can promote a student to think?

How does rain affect the garden? What seeds to plant?
When and where to plant them? Is it too much sun for that plant?
With all these questions and so many doesn’t it make you think of not only the school garden, but more importantly our relationship with planet earth!
